Is there a minimum quantity I need to order?
Yes, minimum order quantities vary by item number. The absolute minimum for each product is listed on the product details page of each product on the website.
In some cases, we will honor less than minimum order quantity with less MOQ charge.
How long will it take to produce my awards or promotional gifts?
It varies based on the item# and quantity. Normal production time is 5-7 working days. Rush charges will be incurred when your ship date is less working days. Minimum rush charge is $25.00(V) or 10% (X) of total order amount, whichever is greater.
Can I get a sample?
Yes! Individual random samples can be purchased. Sample sale is final.

What are artwork specifications?
File formats: Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw users must send files exported as eps or ai or pdf files. Art must be saved in black and white vector line art mode. Send artwork in both outline/curve and text format. Attach names of all fonts used in the art file in the e-mail or on a cover sheet. Art charges will be incurred for font searching and matching. Save as an .EPS, .AI, or .PDF file.
How do you ship my order?
Al's Rubber Stamp adds a $3.00 - 9.00 packaging charge depending on box size, plus freight charges. FOB factory via ground service unless otherwise SPECIFIED IN WRITING. Blind or 3rd party drop shipping will incur a $6 charge per address. We pack every box very carefully to prevent damage. If you receive a damaged carton, do not sign for the carton until you have inspected the parts. Claims for damaged or missing goods must be filed with the carrier, then reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
If you want to use your own FedEx account, please send us shipping label(s) and arrange pick up at our factory. $3 -9 handling fee will be added to each shipping carton.
We will not be held responsible for any consequences that result from freight carrier delays or failures. Shipping instructions, method, delivery address and delivery date must be clearly included on purchase order. Delays caused by carrier are not the responsibility of the Factory and no refunds, credits or returns will be given if carrier is in error.
Factory often gets billed from common carriers when addresses are wrong, residential deliveries are required or other mishaps occur because proper ship to information was not provided. In such cases, Factory will send a supplemental invoice to distributor for such charges.
Do you sell blanks?
Yes, the order process is exactly the same as an imprinted award or promotional gift.
Is there cancellation charge?
$32.00 (G), plus all production charges for work performed up to that date.
