1. Prices - Price and conditions of sales are subject to changes without notice.

2. Sample sale - is final.

3. Rush fee - $25 or 10% of total sales, whichever is greater.

4. We accept pre-paid checks, Master and Visa card, American Express (with 3% fee). For Net due, Net 7, 10, 30, please email or fax at least three trade references with your business banking information. Credit approval takes approximately two weeks.

5. Claim s and returns - All claims for damages or shortages must be filed within 7 days after receipt. Items will not be accepted for return without prior approval and return authorization. 

6. Fees for return of products - return goods which are returned as the result of Customer error, including but not limited to non-defective products, will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, or $20.00, whichever is greater. After inspection of returned items, a credit will be issued.

7. Shipping - we ship via UPS. If customer needs to ship via other carriers, please send shipping labels to us, and arrange pick up with the shipping company directly.

8. Set up fee - $35 - 50 as shown in Sage.
